Dr. Hannah Bergman, MD

Dr. Hannah J. Bergman, MD, earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, WI. She completed a 6-year integrated plastic and reconstructive surgery residency program at the University of Kansas Health System in Kansas City. After residency, she pursued an additional year of fellowship training in pediatric plastic and craniofacial surgery at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH. She is board-eligible with the American Board of Plastic Surgery and holds memberships with various other organizations including the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association and the International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies. Dr. Bergman has authored numerous articles and book chapters and has presented on various topics within pediatric craniofacial surgery at both the national and international level.

At the Center for Plastic Surgery, Dr. Bergman runs the CoxHealth Cleft Lip and Palate Center, the multidisciplinary team dedicated to patients born with facial differences. She also provides care in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery across all ages and stages of life. Finally, Dr. Bergman is a Clinical Instructor of Surgery at the University of Missouri School of Medicine at the Springfield Campus.
